5Only brand I buy for overpronating feet
By julie a jaklic
After going thru countless shoes and plenty of injury, Mizuno inspire and ascend seem to keep my daughter’s overpronation in check and keep her healthy. She runs 40-50 miles a week and these shoes (as well as the Inspire model) have been great, have held up well, and most importantly, have kept her away from shin injuries which she was having before we bought these shoes. My only complaint is the lack of color selection. They could use a few more options. Size runs pretty true.

5Awesome shoes!
By LizW
I love Mizunos! This is my second pair of Mizuno running shoes and the trail shoe is so comfortable. The other shoes I own are the wave rider 13, so if you like those you’ll probably like this one too. I love the colors, I’m usually not a fan of brightly colored running shoes but the lime and blue look great and are really fun.

5Able to run through VT winter weather!
By R. Johnson
I love these sneakers!! The feel great and are light. (I completely thought a trail shoe would weigh a lot more.) The bottom of these sneakers reminds me of studded snow tires! Here in Vermont, we get all sorts of winter weather. This winter was pretty icy. I was able to run on snow, ice and muddy patches without any problems or slipping. I highly recommend these sneakers to runners who have pronation or arch issues.
